Former BISA chair and current Adelaide City resident has written to the Lord Mayor and Councillors asking them why they intend to replace with existing Frome Bikeway with a narrower one to accommodate four lanes of traffic, despite the evidence that this will not improve traffic flows and despite the Council’s transport strategies.
