AusBUG is an app (and website) featuring navigation, hazard alerts, detour information and bike infrastructure data.  It is being developed by Vince Masci who is based in Melbourne but wants to help cyclists in many Australian cities. AusBUG was previously called VicBUG.   Find out more about AusBUG here.  Bike Adelaide supplies closure information to AusBUG (see below).

LoveToRide is an app (and website) with a mission to get more people riding bikes!   They have a global reach but customise their operations to specific regions.  Adelaide City Council  are running their Biketober activities through LoveToRide as a way to boost engagement.    Here is the link.   LoveToRide runs challenges, offers prizes, can record your stats or chart your favourite rides

Closures and Detours

Bike path closures can be annoying!  Bike Adelaide is trialling a scheme to provide Adelaide cyclists with information about current closures and (where possible) suggested detours.   This information comes from a range of sources and closure times are sometimes only rough estimates.  If you have updates, please let us know!
